1. Who we are

Chairside Communication Coach ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by Leah Krizak ("the Seller"). By using the Service you are entering into a contract with the Seller.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

The Service provides educational communication scenarios, scripting, and coaching content for dental professionals. Content is for professional development purposes and does not constitute clinical, legal, or financial advice.

4. Accounts and accuracy

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you are purchasing on behalf of a dental practice or team, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully or to commit fraud;
  • send spam or infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
  • upload malware or attempt to probe, scan, or interfere with our security;
  • scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute Service content;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent technical limits.

6. Intellectual property

The Seller retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all content, scripts, software, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service within the plan you have purchased.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

8. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
