Chairside Communication Coach is operated by Leah Krizak("we", "us"). We act as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account data — name, email address, login credentials.
  • Profile and team data — team membership, role, invitations.
  • Usage data — scenarios viewed, reflections you write, feature interactions.
  • Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, log data.
  • Support data — messages you send us through the in-app support page.

Payment card details are collected by our payment processor (Paddle) and are not stored by us.

3. How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account (contract performance).
  • To deliver the Service, including scenario content and team features (contract performance).
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions, via Paddle (contract / legal obligation).
  • To provide customer support (legitimate interest).
  • To secure the Service and prevent fraud or abuse (legitimate interest).
  • To improve and develop new features (legitimate interest).
  • To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share data with

  • Paddle — our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, manages subscriptions, handles tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — to host the application and store data securely.
  • Authentication and database providers — to manage logins and store your account information.
  • Professional advisers — such as accountants or lawyers, where necessary.
  • Authorities — where we are required to disclose data by law.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us through the in-app support page. If you are in the UK or EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure authentication — to protect your personal data.

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies.
